In celebration of previews starting this week for Fully Committed, we’re sharing my go-to morning boost. Though, I might need more than one per day come show time!
Remember to make the coffee ice cubes the night before! “But, how do you make those, Julie and Jesse?” 😒 1. Brew coffee. 2. Pour in ice cube tray. 3. Contemplate your existence. 4. Place in freezer to freeze overnight.
For Jesse's Version:
6 coffee ice cubes
8 oz almond milk
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
Agave to taste
For Julie's Version:
8 coffee ice cubes
6 oz vanilla coconut milk creamer (like, So Delicious)
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
Throw everything in a blender and blend until smooth. WAKE UP and FULLY COMMIT!
